Who are we?
With over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry—including two decades dedicated specifically to the wine sector—I have honed a deep commitment to quality and the delivery of excellent guest experiences that drive sales growth. I have built, managed, and maintained multiple award-winning wine programs, culminating in a standout achievement as Wine Director at the Metropolitan Grill in Seattle, where my leadership contributed to winning a Wine Spectator Grand Award in 2018.
My expertise spans across personal cellar building, and building and managing programs at restaurants and in resort/hotel settings, including guiding renowned establishments such as Four Seasons Resort Maui, Four Seasons New York Midtown, and Four Seasons LA Beverly Hills.
I firmly believe that wine and hospitality should be about enjoyment, pleasure, and genuine connection—not about snobbery or pretension. In addition to refining wine programs that drive sales and guest satisfaction, I am deeply committed to education. I have mentored over 60 colleagues through CMS and WSET accreditations, ensuring that every team member is empowered to deliver unpretentious, high-quality service.
